Paddle Around the World Charity Paddle

45 paddlers completed the 32km paddle on the 7th of December around the World Islands in Dubai helping to raise money for this year's charities chosen by Surf Dubai. We were stoked to have Live Love SUP's charity of choice chosen to be apart of the paddle. $1117 was raised for charity: water by UAE stand up paddlers helping us to get closer to reaching our first goal of $5000. Surf Dubai Hosts Annual Fundraising Evening

Surf Dubai's Annual Around the World (Islands) Charity Paddle is just around the corner, but the fundraising begins on November 20th with a BBQ and raffle night at Bidi Bondi to raise money for some great causes. This year they are not only raising money for Surf Aid International, but will also be supporting Live Love SUP's efforts to fund clean water projects through charity: water. Introducing Live Love SUP

We started Live Love SUP as a photo blog in 2009 to document all the amazing destinations we traveled to and had the opportunity to Stand Up Paddle. A couple years later and SUP travel is definitely gaining momentum with so many beautiful places to visit and experience from a different view.

We knew we wanted to do something more with Live Love SUP and over the past couple years have thought about turning Live Love SUP into a brand with a focus on giving back and a commitment to charity projects.

In July 2012 we (quietly) launched Live Love SUP in Detroit, MI at the Detroit SUP Festival which started our fundraising efforts through the sale of the Live Love SUP wristband. Fast-forward a couple months and we've managed to reach people all over the world from the US to Australia, Switzerland, Slovenia, Brasil and France. We know this is just the beginning and we're very excited for the future!
